The Solstice Collective wind quintet, with Felix Ashley as narrator, perform this much loved classic.
In this musical tale for children, composed by Sergei Prokofiev in 1936, the narrator tells a children’s folk story which the players illustrate by playing the different instruments which represent each character in the story.
The Solstice Collective and narrator Felix Ashley are graduates of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
