An introduction to ‘Ungrievable Lives’ by composer Charlotte Bray and artist Caroline Burraway.

“An ungrievable life is one that cannot be mourned because it has never lived, that is, it has never counted as a life at all.”

Composer Charlotte Bray introduces her string quartet which took its inspiration from the emotive installation of the same name, created by artist Caroline Burraway and on view in Hay Castle during the Festival.
